According to the Toyology survey, 3,000 people said that the most popular toy ever made is LEGO compared to Barbie, Bandai Namco, Nerf and several other toy brands. At a time when toy retailers were hostile to video games, these distributors could have decided to stop selling LEGO products in retaliation for launching another video game. However, LEGO experienced the clear success of the LEGO brand collaboration “Star Wars” as a toy sales driver.
